# ABOUT THE STUDIO

Valence is a designstudio focusing on illustration, graphic design and visual art. Valence creations are graphic tales stimulating the viewers eye and imagination. The beautiful detailed artworks are mixed with steamy coolness packed on many different layers. Inspiration for the striking work comes from music, fashion and environment resulting in a mix of analogue and digital techniques. The Vienna based designstudio established in November 2005.

# ABOUT THE PRINTS

We offer exclusive limited edition prints, on deckle edged paper, produced with the highest fineart pigment print standard. They are acid-free, without optical brighteners and humidity-resistant. With Salon Iris, one of the leading digital fine art printing studios in Vienna, working for leading art-institutions such as Albertina Vienna or Vienna Museum, we found the right partner for our project.

Unless otherwise indicated in the item's description our prints are limited to an amount of 25. In addition, every print has distinctive stamped authentication and is numbered and signed by Valence.

# FRAMES & CANVAS

Unless otherwise indicated our artworks are delivered unframed. If you are interested in frames or different possibilities of framing, canvas or lamination, you can contact us by email.

# HOW TO ORDER

Simple as that. Choose your favourite design and add your preferred size to your cart. Payment will be over your credit card or your PAYPAL account.

# Order and delivery

After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. Our acceptance of your order and completion of our contract with you does not take place until the goods are dispatched to you. We will not be held wholly or partly responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods or services, or to comply with any other obligation. We make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition - prints are sent out in a tough, heavyweight cardboard tube.

We print on demand. Once you have ordered an item and payed the goods, it will take us about 6 days to produce the artwork. Then the goods will be shipped by the austrian post service immediately.

We charge EUR 12,00 for the packing and delivery of goods. The delivery is free of charge, if your order amount is 340 EUR or more.

# Returning goods to us

You have 14 days (including saturdays, sundays and public holidays) from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original condition. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund your money in full, using the same method by which you paid for them.

# Prices, VAT and Costums

All prices include 20% Austrian VAT. Import taxes and duties are not included in our prices. Any costs, taxes and duties incurred by importing our goods to countries outside of the EU have to be paid by the costumer seperatly.
